Is your favorite beach at the lake or ocean?
Lake beaches are echoes, soft and faint. Ocean beaches are piles of time shaped by worries and regrets and discovery, but are vast and glorious. It depends entirely on whether I've the emotional fortitude for the latter on a given day.
